Ingredients
290g Asda Pizza Mix
10g unsalted butter, melted
50g light soft cheese
50g ricotta
1tsp vanilla extract
150g strawberries, halved
125g blueberries
125g raspberries
10g basil leaves
1tsp icing sugar
Method
1Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium.
2Make up the pizza mix according to the pack instructions. Divide the dough into 2 balls and roll each out to a circular pizza base the thickness of a £1 coin.
3Brush the melted butter all over both pizza bases and cook for 3-5 mins on each side, until lightly browned and bubbling. Set aside to cool fully.
4Meanwhile, put the soft cheese in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the ricotta and vanilla.
5Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza bases and top with the berries and basil leaves. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
