Ingredients

1 Asda Baker's Selection Tiger Baguette

3tbsp sweet chilli sauce

3tbsp mayonnaise

Leftover cooked beef, ham or turkey

1 carrot, grated

1 Baby Gem heart, shredded

1/4 cucumber, sliced

3 radishes, sliced

2tbsp, coriander leaves, chopped

1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced

Method

Cut the baguette into 4, then slice partway through each piece, so the two halves are still attached by a 'hinge'.

Mix together the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise and spread on the base of each sandwich.

Layer the remaining ingredients on top of one another, finishing with the radishes, coriander and chilli.
