Ingredients
1 sprig dill
30ml gin
1tsp lime juice
30ml cloudy apple juice
100ml tonic water
1 slice green apple, to serve
Method

Fill a glass with ice and add the sprig of dill.

Pour over the gin and lime juice and stir well.

Add the apple juice and top up with tonic water. Finish with the apple and serve immediately.
