Ingredients
2 strawberries, sliced
35ml Malfy Gin Rosa
50ml San Pellegrino Aranciata
50ml Prosecco
1 slice orange, to garnish
Thyme sprig, to garnish
Method

Add a handful of ice to a chilled wine glass.

Add the Malfy Gin Rosa, San Pellegrino Aranciata and Prosecco. Stir to mix – gently, so the drink doesn’t lose its sparkle.

Garnish with the orange slice, thyme sprig and strawberries - then serve immediately.
