Ingredients
750ml Asda Orange Juice with Bits (not from concentrate)
100g granulated sugar
Finely grates zest 1 orange
1tsp Angostura Bitters
50ml Aperol Aperitivo
200ml Extra Special Prosecco Brut
Method
1Put 150ml of the juice and the sugar in a small pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1 min, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
2Mix together with the rest of the orange juice, the zest and bitters. Transfer to a 1L plastic freezer-proof container and freeze for 6 hrs, or ideally overnight, until set.
3Break up the frozen mixture with a spoon. Put in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Return to the container and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm.
4To serve, divide the Aperol and Prosecco between 2 shallow bowls. Place a large scoop of sorbet in the middle of each and serve immediately.
