Ingredients

4 tbsp plain flour

1 egg

3 tbsp milk (any kind)

3 tsp vegetable oil

George Home Pudding Moulds

Method

1
Tip the flour into a small mixing bowl, then beat in the egg. Whisk in the milk until you have lump-free batter. Add a pinch of salt. If you like, rest your batter for an hour at room temperature, or half a day in the fridge.
2
Add ¾ tsp of the oil into each metal pudding mould (see right), sit them in the basket of your air fryer and heat for 5 mins at 190°C.
3
Working quickly, pour the batter mixture evenly between the 4 moulds, then air-fry for 13 mins at 190°C. Do not open the drawer for a further 2 mins, then serve the risen, golden and crisp Yorkshire puds immediately (don’t be tempted to open the drawer early or you risk them collapsing!).
