Ingredients

50ml Absolut Raspberri

25g Raspberries (plus a few extra to garnish)

20ml Sugar Syrup

25ml Lemon Juice

150ml Soda Water

Method

Add raspberries into a tall highball glass and muddle with the end of a wooden spoon.

Add a handful of ice and the sugar syrup, Absolut Raspberri and lemon juice.

Stir together with the spoon, then top up with the soda water.
