The £1 book voucher is back for another exciting year

Celebrating authors, <a href="https://www.asda.com/good-living/article/14-classic-childrens-books-for-babies-toddlers-and-pre-schoolers" target="_blank">books</a> and &ndash; most importantly &ndash; the joys of reading, World Book Day is back for another exciting year on 3rd March. And thanks to National Book Tokens, plus support from publishers and booksellers, World Book Day will be distributing over four million £1 book tokens to children across the country. That&rsquo;s almost one for every child and young person under 18 in the UK and Ireland. Books for everyone! The World Book Day tokens are distributed via schools and nurseries across the country and can be redeemed at participating booksellers where you can swap them for one of ten exclusive new books, or get £1 off any full price book (as long as it's over £2.99).
