Brilliant TV is of course at the top of the list, too.</p><p>With the nights getting darker and the weather on the turn, there&rsquo;s nothing better than curling up with a cosy throw, and watching some really great telly.</p><p>Luckily, this year&rsquo;s autumn schedule doesn&rsquo;t disappoint.</p><p>From epic period dramas to comedy and gripping drama, here&rsquo;s everything you can look forward to from the telly box this season.</p><h2>Poldark</h2><p>If you haven&rsquo;t begun dedicating your Sunday evenings to Poldark series two yet, what are you waiting for? Full of drama, suspense and stunning Cornish landscape, Aidan Turner is back as Captain Ross Poldark, this time standing trial for murder. Now negotiating life in their late 40s, the new series is full of the warmth you&rsquo;ll remember, with plenty of laughs and poignant drama. Expect Brand&rsquo;s signature wit with a window into the everyday obstacles faced by welfare workers.</p><p><strong>Tuesday 27 September, Channel 4</strong></p><iframe allowfullscreen frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Xpd9jbddr_k" width="560"></iframe><h2>Westworld</h2><p>Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Thandie Newton and Evan Rachel Wood all star in this sci-fi series executive produced by Star Wars&rsquo; JJ Abrams. The 10-part series is a remake of the 1973 film of the same name, following a futuristic theme park run by robots which eventually turn on humans.</p><p><strong>Tuesday 4 October, Sky Atlantic</strong></p><iframe allowfullscreen frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/PW3DfHzA-0s" width="560"></iframe><h2>Our Loved Boy</h2><p>This one-off drama is based on the tragic true story of 10-year-old Damilola Taylor, who was attacked on the streets of Peckham sixteen years ago. The story plays out from the perspective of the Taylor family, with a script written by award-winning screenwriter and playwright Levi David Addai.</p><p><strong>TBC October, BBC One</strong></p><p><strong><img alt="bbc-our-loved-boy" class="ci-image ci-original" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/bbc-our-loved-boy_GL?scl=1"></strong></p><h2>Planet Earth II</h2><p>David Attenborough is back with a second instalment of his epic Planet Earth series, first aired a decade ago. Co-starring Diane Keaton, the series follows Jude&rsquo;s character Lenny Belardo, a conservative but conflicted young cardinal, who becomes Pius XIII much to the frustration of those around him.</p><p><strong>Thursday 27 October, Sky Atlantic</strong></p><iframe allowfullscreen frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/N2ZFdepTu-w" width="560"></iframe><h2>Rillington Place</h2><p>Period drama and crime story combine in this three-part series, which tells the story of 1940s London serial killer Dr John Christie, played by Tim Roth.
