We have brought back your fave wafer bar in this Tunnock's chocolate crispy square traybake!

Are you a Tunnock's fan? Then you will LOVE this gooey caramel, crispy traybake. Layer with melted chocolate, set in the fridge and you're good to go! Enjoy with a cuppa brew for the perfect mid afternoon pick-me-up.<img alt="tunnocks_still_2__square" class="ci-image ci-square" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/tunnocks_still_2_GL?scl=1"><h2>what you will need</h2><ul><li>250g unsalted butter​</li><li>150g soft brown sugar​</li><li>130g honey​</li><li>6 Tunnock&rsquo;s Caramel Bars, roughly chopped​</li><li>150g Asda Rice Snaps​</li><li>600g milk chocolate​</li></ul><h2>step by step</h2><ul><li>Grease a 20 x 20cm tin and line with baking paper.​</li><li>In a large bowl set over a pan of simmering water, add the butter, sugar, honey and half the chopped Tunnock&rsquo;s Caramel Bars. Stir together gently until melted and combined.​</li><li>Take off the heat and fold through the rest of the Tunnock&rsquo;s Caramel Bars and the Rice Snaps.​</li><li>Transfer the crispy mixture to your prepared tin and press down to get a flat surface.​</li><li>In a separate bowl set over the same pan of water add the milk chocolate stirring often until melted. ​</li><li>Evenly pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Snaps and smooth over.​</li><li>Pop in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes. Then remove from the fridge and leave to set on the side for a couple of hours.
