<ul>
 <li>Blend a 450g pack Frozen for Freshness Pineapple Chunks with 500ml water.</li>
 <li>Add 200ml coconut cream, 100ml white rum and 2 handfuls ice.</li>
 <li>Blend again.</li>
 <li>Pour into 4 glasses.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Garnish with cherries for a twist on a retro classic.</li>

 <li>Whizz a 500g pack Smoothie Mix Summer Fruits and Bananas with 400ml water until smooth.</li>
 <li>Add 150ml tequila, 50ml Cointreau, juice 2 limes and 1 handful ice and blend again.</li>
 <li>Freeze in zip-seal bag for 1hr 30mins.</li>
 <li>Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.</li>

 <li>Blitz a frozen 500g pack Smoothie Mix Totally Tropical with 500ml water until smooth.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Add 1 handful of ice and 200ml Aperol, then blend again until smooth.</li>
 <li>Divide between 4 large glasses. Add orange slices, then top up each glass with 5oml Prosecco and stir gently before serving.</li>
