Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. To enter the prize draw, visit asda.com/good-living/article/tell-us-what-you-think-about-good-living-magazine and complete the reader survey. This prize draw opens on 00:00 29 March 2016 and closes at 23:59 on 25 April 2016. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. No purchase necessary. The winner will be randomly selected from the entries received. There are ten (10) prizes. The prize for each winner is a gift card worth £20 for one of the following: Arcadia, Babies R Us, Bella Italia, Boots, Café Rouge, Cineworld, Debenhams, Facebook, Fatface, Great British Pub Card, Greene King, H Samuels UK, H&M UK, Halfords, M&B Dining Out UK, Nandos, National Book Tokens, NEXT, Pizza Express, Prezzo, Schuh, Sony Entertainment Network, TicketMaster, TKMaxx, Topshop, Toys R Us, Vue Cinema, Zizzi. Hearst Magazines UK, 72 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9EP is the data controller. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them. The promoter is ASDA, ASDA House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds, LS11 5AD. This prize draw is not open to any employees of Hearst Magazines, the promoter or their immediate families, the promoter&rsquo;s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the prize draw. Only one prize draw entry, fulfilling the eligibility requirements above, will be accepted per person. Once selected, only the winner(s) will be contacted personally by email or telephone using the contact details provided upon entry.Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. Winners will have three (3) working days to respond in full or another winner will be selected.Hearst Magazines and ASDA&rsquo;s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the validity of any such decision. Entry to the prize draw and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use any entrant&rsquo;s name, image and any prize draw entry photograph, for promotional and/or editorial purposes in any format in print and non-print media without additional consultation. Once entered, entries cannot be returned / withdrawn. Hearst Magazines and ASDA reserve their right to (i) cancel and/or withdraw this prize draw and/or (ii) amend these Terms, at any time without notice. Where Hearst Magazines runs a prize draw with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then Hearst Magazines shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Hearst Magazines and ASDA be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this prize draw. These Terms are governed by English law, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with these Terms.
