<p>Tim and Helen Lee are the proud parents of diving gold medalist, Matty Lee. A lot’s changed since Matty first started diving, aged seven. After being inspired by his older brother Tom to take up the sport, he realised he was a natural – and the rest is history.</p><p>But being a diving superstar requires energy – and that comes from good food. So we caught up with Tim and Helen, who’ve shared three of Matty’s favourite recipes for you to recreate at home.</p><p>Helen says: “Like most kids, Matty could be a fussy eater and it was a challenge to get him to eat meals that would keep his energy levels up. However, we struck gold with these recipes – which were favourites around the family dinner table.</p><p>“He still eats them to this day – the only difference being he prepares them for himself now and is probably an even better cook than I am,” Helen adds. “We’re proud to be part of the Meals That Made Them campaign to help inspire parents just like us in the kitchen cook exciting and nutritional meals for their children!”</p><p>Trying to decide what to feed your own future diving heroes?
