From shakshuka to burgers, these are our favourite recipes from the 'Lean in 15' guru…

<p>Most recently he's been keeping kiddies fit with his live-during-lockdown PE workouts, but Joe Wicks (AKA The Body Coach) shot to fame on Instagram way back in 2014, with his 'Lean in 15' posts.</p><p>With some 3.8 million Insta followers (not to mention an impressive 8 books to his name), Wicks has remained as keen as ever to transform the way we see food. Far from cutting out meat, carbs or dairy, he's all about packing in the good stuff, without compromising on all-important flavour.</p><p>We've rounded up a few of his simple, ultra-tasty recipes to get you started…</p><h2>Chicken, chorizo and cauliflower tray bake</h2><p>What's not to like about a one-tray supper?
