We caught up with the online nutrition and fitness expert to find out what really makes him tick

<p>He&rsquo;s been keeping people <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/leanin15/" target="_blank">#LeanIn15</a> with his 15-minute workouts and meals since 2014.</p><p>And two years later, with <a href="https://www.asda.com/good-living/article/joe-wicks-the-body-coach" target="_blank">two books under his belt</a> and having helped more than 100,000 people with his 90 day Shift, Shape and Sustain Plan, The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, is showing no signs of slowing down on his quest of helping the world get 'fitter, healthier and leaner'. BOSH.</p><p>The turn of the New Year not only marks the start of January, but it also brings with it the release of Joe&rsquo;s new fitness DVD, The Body Coach Workout. It's the latest release in the 31-year-old's fitness empire, helping people go ‘from beginner to winner&rsquo; in the comfort of their own home. </p><p>The <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/dvd-chart/dvd-lean-in-15-the-body-coach-joe-wicks/910002843510" target="_blank">three hour-long DVD</a> helps you get warmed-up, you can also learn some cool-down routines as well as seven HIIT workouts and nutritional advice too. </p><p>We caught up with the online nutrition and fitness expert to find out what really makes him tick.
