Millions have watched this mum’s shoelaces tutorial - but not everyone is a fan! What do you think?

<p>As any parent knows, teaching little ones how to tie their shoes can lead to plenty of frustration or even tears. Whether you employ the traditional 'bunny ears' method or 'wrap around' technique, it can be hard work for parents <em>and</em> children to keep going if your little one just isn't getting the hang of it. But now one mum has claimed to have found the world's easiest way to teach kids how to tie shoelaces. </p><p>Mother-of-two and blogger Kirsten Johnson posted a video on Facebook recently, where she reveals the method she used to teach her seven-year-old son how to tie shoelaces. Noting that her child had trouble with the traditional 'bunny ears' method, Kirsten claims that her tutorial is 'the world's easiest way to teach your kids to tie their shoes for back to school.' It certainly seems to have worked for her son, who is filmed getting it right on his second try! Finally, she just pulls the 'bunny ears' tight and that's it! The video has already garnered close to 6 million views with plenty of parents praising Kristen's easy technique, however not everyone is a fan.</p><p>One dad commented on the video saying, 'So I taught my daughter this, she got it first try, and is on cloud nine!', while another mum wrote, 'My son has neurological disabilities and weak hands and has never been able to tie his shoes... He just learned this in 2 tries!!!'</p><p>However, some parents were quick to point out that this method wasn't new and one mum said, 'I taught my daughter this way. The shoes kept coming untied. And always got the strings knotted when trying to un-do them.' </p><p>Are you struggling to teach your little one how to tie their shoelaces? As Kirsten points out, there is no right or wrong way to teach your kids. Her method is just one of many and parents should try out what works best for them and their children!
