<p>Want to create the crispiest, fluffiest Yorkshires? Good Living Food Editor, Gregor McMaster shows you how.</p><p>'I&rsquo;ve always loved Yorkshire puddings and can eat them with almost any meal. Not just for roast dinners, they make a great addition to curries when you don&rsquo;t fancy naan!</p><p>'A lot of people worry about getting the texture just right and making sure they rise, but with my top tips and six simple steps, you&rsquo;ll be a pudding pro in no time.&rsquo;</p><h2>Step one </h2><p>Whisk together 3 eggs and 150ml semi-skimmed milk in a bowl until smooth.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img alt="yorkshire-pudding-step-one" class="ci-image ci-original" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/yorkshire-pudding-step-one_GL?scl=1" style="height: 575px; width: 450px;"></p><h2>Step two</h2><p>Sieve 100g plain flour into a separate large bowl and make a well in the middle.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img alt="yorkshire-puddings-2" class="ci-image ci-original" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/yorkshire-puddings-2_GL?scl=1" style="height: 543px; width: 450px;"></p><h2>Step three</h2><p>Season with freshly ground black pepper.</p><p><strong>Top tip:</strong> Rest the batter. Divide 3tbsp rapeseed oil between a 12-hole muffin tin and heat in the oven for 5 mins.</p><p><strong>Top tip:</strong> Use rapeseed oil - you can heat it to a high temperature. And make sure you preheat the oil in the baking tin.
