With just four ingredients, making these sweet treats is as much fun as eating them

&nbsp;&nbsp;Ice cream sarnies are exactly what you need for those sunny days spent in the garden and an absolute essential for alfresco park picnics. Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between <a target='_blank'href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/brownies-cookies-shortbread/daelmans-10-stroopwafels-caramel-waffles/1000063150104" target="_blank">Daelman's Stroopwafel Caramel Waffles</a> and you can't go wrong - perfect for the whole family, or just for yourself!
Use a flat knife to neaten up the edges, then dip into melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off. Once set, roll the ice cream in chopped pistachios, desiccated coconut, crushed honeycomb or sprinkles before serving.

<h2>Step-by-step:</h2>
1. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. 
2. Melt some chocolate in a glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water. 
3. Dip stroopwafels (2 for each sandwich) about ¼ of the way into the chocolate. Lay out on the baking paper and set aside for 5 mins until slightly cooled but not set. 
4. Scatter <a target='_blank'target="_blank" href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/cake-decorations/asda-rainbow-sprinkles/910002525241">rainbow sprinkles</a> or <a target='_blank'target="_blank" href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/cake-decorations/asda-choco-sprinkles/910002525306">choco sprinkles</a> evenly over the chocolate. Put the tray in the freezer until set. 
5. Remove from the freezer and dollop one waffle with a scoop of ice cream.. 
6. Sandwich with another waffle, lining up the chocolate, and press down. Use a small, blunt knife to spread it into any gaps and stop it spilling out. 
7. Repeat, filling the remaining pairs of waffles with ice cream. 
8. Freeze until the ice cream is fully frozen and set, then enjoy!
