Get in the Easter spirit and cheer up your neighbours with this chirpy door decoration!

This crafting hack is a great way of keeping the kids busy this Easter, other than tucking into their Easter treats that is! Replace your festive wreath with this adorable fluffy Easter chick version to hang on your front door. Let's get creative! Here's how...<h2>You'll need:</h2><ul><li>40-50 <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/plan-your-easter-egg-hunt/george-mini-easter-chicks/1000108538491" target="_blank">Asda Easter Chicks</a>, or less if using <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/plan-your-easter-egg-hunt/george-easter-chicks-large/1000108538691" target="_blank">Asda Easter Large Chicks</a></li><li>Cardboard</li><li>One large plate and one small plate, to use as templates</li><li>Scissors*</li><li>Craft glue or a hot glue gun*</li><li>Ribbon, to hang</li></ul><img alt="kids-making-wreath__square" class="ci-image ci-square" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/kids-making-wreath__square_GL?scl=1"><h2>how to make your wreath:</h2><ul><li>On your cardboard, draw around the larger plate to create the outer circle &ndash; our wreath was about 20cm in diameter. Place the smaller plate in the centre of the first circle and draw around it to create the ring shape. Ask a grown-up to help you cut round the outside of the circle and then cut out the middle to form a ring.</li><li>Use scissors to snip off the chicks&rsquo; legs.</li><li>Starting in the centre and working out, cover sections of the ring with glue. Position 3-4 chicks at a time onto the glue, facing the same direction, and press them into place.</li><li>Continue working around the ring, adding chicks in rows, until it is covered.</li><li>Display your wreath on a mantelpiece or glue ribbon to the back and allow to dry before hanging.
