<p>We&rsquo;ve had <a href="https://www.asda.com/good-living/article/ube-purple-sweet-potato">ube ice cream</a>, <a href="https://www.asda.com/good-living/article/sweet-potato-toast">sweet potato toast</a> and deliciously perplexing <a href="https://www.asda.com/good-living/article/cookie-fries">cookie fries</a> all in the past fortnight, but now there&rsquo;s an intriguing new foodie trend taking over social media, which may be the strangest of them all.</p><p>Say hello to coffee in a cone.</p><p>The brainchild of one <a href="https://www.instagram.com/thegrindza/">coffee shop in South Africa</a>, the trend sees milky lattes served in a chocolate-lined waffle ice cream cone.</p><p>If you&rsquo;re lucky, some baristas are also throwing in a little heart-shaped latte art too!</p><p>Thanks to its incredibly photogenic appearance, the craze has of course taken over Instagram.</p><p>Excited coffee lovers have shared over 1,550 snaps of their treats already using the hashtag <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/coffeeinacone/">#coffeeinacone</a>, showing off their unusual morning perks and afternoon pick-me-ups.</p><blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-version="7" style=" background:#FFF;
