It looks like 2017 is going to be an extra busy year for a handful of celebrities, as a number of happy couples are set to welcome newborn babies into the world - congratulations!

Take That member, Howard Donald, is set to become a dad for the fourth time this year, Lauren Conrad and her husband William Tell are expecting and, of course, one of the best-kept pregnancy rumours of last year, (which was later confirmed when she wore that green dress), was that Cheryl and her One Direction partner Liam Payne will be having a baby.

And, with the addition of a little one, we all know what that means - there's going to be a lot more nappies, baby food and milk stocked up in their homes! Or they could just pop along to Asda's Baby & Toddler Event which has fantastic offers on baby essentials and needs.

Having a baby can change your whole world in the most wonderful of ways. It's a love like no other and few things will fill you with more joy in the world than hugging your tiny tot or hearing them say their first words.

But all us parents know that one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in life, or while you're pregnant, is what to name your baby.

So to help out any expectant parents out there, we’ve put together a list of expectant celebrity couples and had a guess at what they might name their little one.

1. Rochelle Humes and Marvin Humes

Name guess: Aston-Jay

The Saturday's singer Rochelle and former JLS boy band member Marvin revealed in November last year that they are expecting a new addition to their family. Posting on Instagram the expectant mother said: "Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes, but who are you? Nobody knows". The couple already has a three-year-old daughter, called Alaia-Mai, so it looks like three will become four very soon!

2. Cheryl and Liam Payne

Name guess: Alfie

One of the most speculated pregnancies of 2016 was laid to rest in November as the former X Factor judge stepped out with Liam in a green figure-hugging dress.

3. Helen Skelton and Richie Myler

Name guess: Bertie

The BBC presenter and her rugby player husband announced in November 2016 that they are expected their second child together. The pair, who got together in 2011 and tied the knot two years later, welcomed their first child Ernie in June, 2015. So it's exciting times in the Sketon/Myler household.

4. Amy Childs and Bradley Wright

Name guess: India

2017 is also the year salon owner and former The Only Way is Essex star Amy will be having her first child with her boyfriend Bradley. Posting the news on Instagram she said: "This year has been such a great year and so so excited for 2017 where we get to meet our darling baby."

5. Howard Donald and Katie Halil

Name guess: Isla

The Take That member is set to become a dad for the fourth time this year. Taking to his Twitter account to share the news of his second child with Katie, the 48-year-old said he was thrilled - though not looking forward to more sleepless nights.

He said: "Guess what? Me and Katie are happy to announce we will have our 2nd child in Feb. Yay! No more sleep for another 2 years!"

6. Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd

Name guess: Noah

The former Only Way is Essex beauty will be welcoming her newborn into the world this year, meaning daughter Nelly will be getting a lovely brother or sister to play with. And by the looks of things the family can't wait to meet their bundle of joy.
