<h2>CHAMPAGNE</h2>
<p>At the pinnacle, Champagne is crafted using the traditional method, which is also used by makers of other sparkling wines. Champagne is made using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown only in the Champagne region. Bottles are aged for at least 16 months for non-vintage or 36 months for vintage (but often for much longer).</p>

<p>Unlike sparkling wines with protected status, Cava can be made in several areas in Spain but is mainly produced just south of Barcelona. It also uses the traditional method with nine months of ageing, made from a blend of local white grape varieties.
