These foodies spent three days trawling through Mexico City's markets, restaurants and streets, all while sampling local ingredients and dishes along the way. While some of these culinary delights might not be to everyone's tastes &ndash; like the ant larvae omelette or the 987 day old Mole (chocolate and tomato) sauce &ndash; the results of their trip were an amazing explosion of new flavours and plenty of inspiration for tasty dishes, all of which can be seen in an exciting new range of authentic Mexican products due in store soon. But don't worry, you won't be seeing any crispy fried worms or ant larvae on Asda's shelves anytime soon! We can thank his expert foodie nowse for redeveloping Asda's whole BBQ range - from the way we cook and smoke our meats to developing more authentic BBQ sauces. Mark's latest culinary adventure makes bringing a taste of Mexican flavour to your table easy.
