    This is a great dish for sharing after a long day outside in the sun. Get ahead by making the stew the night before, but without the spinach. To eat, warm throught and add the spinach a few minutes before serving.

    Mihaela says: "After such an active day out, I like coming home to and indulging in comforting food. This stew is easy to make, keeps me full and gives me energy."
